First process in getting your home ready to sell. A certified staging consultant will meet with you to learn of your goals and aspirations. Our input aims to educate you on how to transform your home to appeal to potential buyers.
- Discussion of your goals and expectations
- A walk through of the whole house with the critical buyers eye, using our room ready handbook guide (which will be given to you at the end of the consultation)
- Assessment of focal points and balance, furniture, accessories, lighting, flow, paint colours, smells and clutter.
- Take photos of every room for showcase planning
- Proposal of staging, recommendations of home renovations if needed, budget and how to proceed.
- List of qualified contractors ( e.g. painters, handyman etc.) if needed.
Occupied Property Staging
Working with our Detailed Action Plan we prepared in the consultation, we will implement all that is necessary to enhance focal points and create an emotional appeal to outshine your competition . Working with your existing furniture we will re-position and re-design every room. We can bring in accessories at an additional rental cost to fill the gaps. Your property will be picture perfect and ready to showcase. Be prepared to pack!
